Extension & refurbishment of an existing film studio. Our role was that of lead coordinators and Architects for the multi million pound extension and refurbishment to the existing film studio. We created additional lettable space for the client to increase income, while also creating additional ancillary spaces to aid in the productions that occupy the studio on a more permanent basis. Our role extended in providing additional amenity as well such as the members bar build above an existing administration building.

We coordinated infrastructure upgrades as well through the life of the project.
